SHIPPING TIME

  • Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. Handmade orders require an additional week of preparation.
  • Standard shipping and fast shipping are available.
  • Pufzoo does not ship to U.S. outlying territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
  • We ship to most EU countries, as well as the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Some products may not be available in certain countries.

SHIPPING FEE

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $60.
  • For other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method selected.

INTERNET RETURN POLICY

  • Please contact y8312100230@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.
  • Returns requested more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in saleable condition and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless you received a damaged item or the wrong product.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please email y8312100230@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video if available. After we review the issue, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Import duties and taxes for international orders may be charged by your local customs authority. Pufzoo does not collect or reimburse these charges.
  • Pufzoo does not cover return shipping costs for international returns caused by a non-quality issue.

APPLY FOR A REFUND

Our return window is 15 days from delivery.

If you received a defective item, please email y8312100230@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

ORDERS WE CANNOT REFUND

We cannot issue a refund when an order cannot be delivered because of the buyer's actions or information, including:

  • An invalid or incomplete delivery address.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package.
  • The delivery address cannot receive the package.
  • There is no safe or permitted place for delivery.

APPLY FOR A RETURN

Most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Pufzoo may be returned in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by a product quality issue.
